What’s diversity without inclusion? At Arch MI, we promote a sense of belonging through our company-sponsored Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Women & Allies, Black Professionals, LGBTQ & Allies, Young Professionals, Seasoned Professionals and disABILITIES & Allies. We also have a Diversity and Inclusion Council consisting of senior executives and ERG leadership that sets the direction for our diversity and inclusion efforts. In addition, our Employee Engagement Committee ensures that our employees’ voices are heard, that their opinions matter and that we act on their feedback.
